Ice Sculptures

I've never really thought about having an ice sculpture at our wedding, it's a bit too formal for what we have planned, but I am admiring this really cool functional one from the Utah Bride Blog.

I love that it showcases all the wonderful colors of the fruit!

Photo centerpieces

Loving this idea of lit up photos as the table centerpieces. Also from Martha Stewart. Thanks mom for all those great links!

This is a definite contender! Question is, do we limit it just to photos of ourselves through the years or include family pics too? I was also thinking of including family wedding photos on the entry table, but I don't want to go overboard with pics. Photos on wine bottles has entered my mind too.

I need to edit myself here. I want to do it all! Can you tell????

More luminaries

So I'm thinking about table settings now. Just exploring ideas. I like the idea of the different colors of the luminaries above, but we'd need the varying sizes to make that work.

I also surprisingly like the lace on the table centerpiece below. If I customize my dress the way I'd like to, the lace would be such a classic complement.

Wedding Typography

Typography is a great way to add a stylish edge to your wedding. I particularly like this table display of font wrapped luminaries above. The red and black and the variety of fonts all add an eclectic touch.

It would be nice to carry that through to on the invitations, programs, etc.

Peonies on display

I would love to have peonies for my wedding. The peony table setting above looks so regal. They're so huge that just that one flower is enough. The cake featured below is pretty eye catching as well.
